Panel: Public tech stacks that work for all

Government agencies have a duty to serve the public. How do we ensure our digital services are usable by those who need them most? In this panel talk, we'll hear from folks at different levels of government. Panelists will talk about their experiences designing and building tech stacks that serve the public. How can we deliver services in any language? How can we make sure every feature works well on all devices? How can we publish information and documentation so that everyone can understand? We will discuss the benefits, challenges and constraints of using public code, open source systems, and open data.
