Open Source: Diversity at Scale

There has been, and continues to be, a large push for more diversity in tech. Too often it is overlooked that Open Source communities are leading this charge & have been for over a decade. Come & discuss ways in which we've succeeded & what we can all still do to espouse more diversity and inclusion at our workplaces.

The goal is for this to be a panel discussion with hiring managers to discuss initiatives that have worked to attract a more diverse workforce & for the second half to be opened up to more of a Q&A with the audience as we want to hear others' experiences also.
