John Mark Walker is the Open edX Community Lead for edX. He has been an open source community and ecosystems expert for 2 decades, starting with VA Linux Systems and SourceForge.net. He was the Gluster Community Leader at Red Hat, and was the product and community owner for ViPR Controller at EMC. He has written extensively on community, ecosystem and product management for OpenSource.com and Linux.com.
