Your Open Source Community Metrics Should be Tracking More than Code

Metrics, when used wisely, allow you to make informed data-driven decisions about how to grow your open source community and how to better assess its health. In this presentation, Jeremy will explain why it's important to not only understand which metrics you should and shouldn't track, but to realize those metrics should track more than just code. Open Source ecosystems are really about people, which is why we're creating a Contributor Relationship Management system.
