Can you host your own cloud with Proxmox ?

Let's wander in the virtualization world, and setup some kind of cloud environment, using Proxmox.

See if we can bring a single host, to start VMs or containers to run apps.

Then see if we can add one more. Share storage. Migrate VMs between the two hosts?

Can we give a friend access so they can play around with their VM?

Should we host something serious on top of it?

I shall be talking from experience, running Proxmox for fun, on homelabs, for a local ISP, for companies, and for massive cloud setups…
