Fedora at 11th Annual Southern California Linux Expo

Fedora Project, December 12, 2012 { Fedora Project, a Red Hat sponsored and community-supported open source collaboration project, is proud to announce the 11th Annual Southern California Linux Expo to be held on Februrary 22-24, 2013 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel with the host the Linux Exposition of Southern California. The Southern California
Linux Expo (SCALE) is an annual Linux, Open-Source, and Free Software conference, attracting industry professionals, non-prot and commercial organizations to demonstrate the latest developments in the open-source and free software realm.
Fedora 17 is a fast, stable, and powerful operating system for everyday use built by a worldwide community of friends. It's completely free to use, study, and share.
Fedora will display the release of Fedora 18 as an open source software. The project releases the new version of Fedora in every six month cycle, and the
Fedora development team dedicated their aord around 13 months to stable and freeze the version for the best usage.
Fedora will have a Fedora Meet and Greet on Friday for Fedora Contributors and Enthusiastics at the glamourous Fedora Booth. Fedora Ambassador - Alejandro Acosta, Linux enthusiastic- Rubn Guerra Marn, Fedora Contributors, and Fedora Steering Committee members will be there to meet the linux and fedora contributors as well as the open source contributors.
Estimated attendees is more than 1500. The Fedora booth has Fedora Event Box which is capable to install Fedora 17 (Beefy Miracle) at USB Stick. Therefore, the contributors or visitors can easily upgrade or install Fedora 17 or latest version from the booth, and collect the latest trend and technology around Fedora and her open source community. The visitors at the booth or at the event will get complimentary Fedora gifts and resources.
