Zubair Talib is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in AI and enterprise software. He has driven the development of innovative AI solutions, including voice-based restaurant ordering systems and conversational AI for recruitment. Zubair is currently the Executive Director at Celara, a leading technology services company specializing in building teams and solutions with a focus on AI, machine learning, and enterprise software.

Zubair has served as CTO for several companies, including ConverseNow and Qu, where he led the development of scalable, cloud-based platforms. He also founded JobBot.ai, an AI-driven recruitment platform, and was the CEO of YaSabe.com, a leading local information hub for U.S. Hispanics. Zubair holds multiple patents and has deep expertise in large language models, generative AI, and natural language processing. He earned his B.S. and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
