This is known as the extract, load, and transform (ELT) pattern using built-in functions and SQL features to work with data regardless of the form. Once the data is loaded, knowing how to utilize Common Table Expressions (CTEs), recursive CTEs, and CROSS JOINs can significantly improve your data transformation tasks.
