Peter Quinn
Peter Quinn is the former CIO Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Also known as "Open Doc Man",
Peter is best known for his OpenDocument policies in Massachusetts.
In the first presentation since his resignation in Massachusetts, Peter will discuss the pragmatic reasons for
the commonwealths policy on open document formants. He will additionally cover the details of their new policy and
the planning process for their migration.
