Jay Clark

Jay is Director of Marketing and Business Development for MSC.Software. Prior to MSC.Software he spent most of his engineering career working on the successful V22 program at Bell Helicopter.

After Bell Helicopter, Jay applied his unique skills to supporting engineers that use software to simulate product performance. Once introduced to Linux, Jay realized engineers could use Linux to make high performance computing clusters to get their jobs done faster and with less expense. Jay has been instrumental in the early adoption of the MSC.Linux distribution by the largest aerospace and automotive manufacturers for running complex engineering applications. Currently he helps MSC.Software market Linux high performance computing turnkey solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Maryland
